Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Illustration Skills – L1, Technical Writing Technical Writing tools – L2
Skill & Job Requirements: Technical writers experienced in networking and telecom domain (e.g., knowledge of routers, switches, or telephony and of the IP protocol suite). Excellent writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Frame Maker, MS-Office applications, HTML, XML. Self-motivated and flexible. Ability to work both independently and as part of the software and technical publications teams. Should have passion for excellence and quality. Patience and strong attention to detail. Professional experience of 2-5 years in technical writing for technical products, preferably in the telecom domain. Knowledge of and experience in modular documentation and XML would be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: BE / BTech
Experience: 1-3 YEARS
Skills: Create and modify technical documentation for a variety of telecom products. Review and edit technical documents. Work independently with a globally distributed development team. Contribute to the development and maintenance of professional documentation, templates and style guides as per standards. Format and structure technical documents like software product descriptions, release notes, and design documents.
