Roles and Responsibilities: Peopesoft HRMS Technical, Peopesoft HRMS Technical
Skill & Job Requirements: 1. Should be a BE Computer Science /MCA graduate. 2. Should have around 1 - 3 Years of IT Exposure. 3. Should have a good Design & Programming skills. 4. Should have good hold on any of the following languages - C#/C++/Java. 5. Should have a good understanding of JEE or .NET framework. 6. Should have good understanding of Relational databases and SQL. 7. Should have Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organisation. 8. Should have Good attitude and able to co-operate & work in a team. 9. Proactive thinking. 10. Abi lity to mee t deadlines and work well under pressure. 11. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly. 12. Strong motivation to learn new technologies. 13. Should also be flexible for long working hours.
