During the past few months Infy is going through the rapid changes in the top management.
First N R Narayana Murthy- the face of Infosys, then Mr. Nilekani the much trusted generation next and now the CFO Mohandas Pai, all are leaving the tech giant for individual interests or goals.

Infosys saw another resignation from K Dinesh, one of its founding members recently.
So the question comes to our mind why these renowned personalities and the founding members who have devoted there prime times to the company, fought their way to make Infy a billion dollar organization from the scratch now pursuing their self interests.
Is Infy not satisfying them anymore or there is a problem deep within which is hidden from the outside.

Mean while the below expectation quarterly financial result dragged Infy’s share down as well as the NSE index.
