The following are the job requirements,
1. WebTechnologies:Java/J2EE,JSP,Struts,Flex,Hibernate,Spring,WebServices, OfBiz, App Server (Weblogic, Webserver,JBoss,Tomcat,Glassfish),Database (ORacle,MSSql Server,MySQL), Portals (Weblogic, Websphere,Lifeway), CMS (Teamsite,Alfresco),XML,RAD, Coldfusion.
2. Business Intelligence: BI & DWH Professionals, experience in Data Modelling (ERWIN/Power Designer/ Designer 2000), ETL – OWB/ODI/Datastage/ PL/Sql Handling Large Data, Unix Shell script, ORacle 10g DBA. Reporting tools – OBI/ Hyperion Essbase, SAS, Teradata.
3. CRM :Siebel Configuration/customization, EIM, EAI, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager. Covering all Siebel modules such as Account Managment, Order MAangement, Service Management, Self-Care, Partner Relationship Management, Loyalty Management, Strong Telecom domain knowledge preferred.
4. Database: Oracle, PL/SQL with Unix shell scripting preferred.
5. Process Designers/Product Service Designers/Sr. Process Designer/ Process Consultants: Good understanding of telecom products/technology/ process Wireline/ Wireless like Voice, VPN, MPLS, LAN, WAN, Access & Core Network, Routers, CPE, Switches etc.
6. Security : Application security, Network Security, Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM)
7. Enterprise Network Design/Implementation (Voica & Data): Data/ Voice Designers/ Implementors with Cisco, Avaya & Nortel skills CCNP, CCIP, CCIE, ACE certified with design/ implementation experience preferred. Contract Centre, IPCC, Genesys, Unified Comms implementation skills, INfovista, Voyence, Prognosis, Unicentre, SMARTS, Provisio configuration skills would be preferred.Experience in design & provisioning services for major transnational carriers enterprise customers for both WAN and LAN would be preferred.
8. Telcom Billing : Oracle BRM, LHS – BSCS, Intec-Singl.eView, Comptel, Kenan, Arbor/BP, Geneva, Provisioning, Revenue Assurance and FMS.
9. Solution Designers/ Architects: Requirement Analysis and Solution Design in one/more areas of OSS/BSS including CRM, Billling, Mediation, Provisioning, Assurance etc. Experience in one/more of COTS like Siebel, Billing products like OBRM, Geneva, Singl.eView, BSCS and OSS products like OSM, ASAP, Clarify etc.
10. E-Commerce Application: Hands on experience in ATG Framework, ATG Commerce, Personalization, ATG Service and ATG Administration. Exp. on ATG Portal & ATG Search will be an added advantage.
11. Weblogic Admin: Weblogic installation, configuration and administration, JMS, J2EE overview, knowledge of UNIX/Solaris and Oracle/PL-Sql, Shell scripting preferred.
12. System/NMS/Performance Testing: Testers with NMS/ Performance/ systems testing experience, on Unix platofrms preferred.Testers with LoadRunner, WinRunner experience on Unix platforms preferred.
