Job Description :
1) Solaris Administrator :- REF: SOLARIS
Experience on:
- Expert knowledge of SUN Solaris.
- Should have good knowledge of Solaris 8,9,10 versions, Solaris Zones, LDOM, ILOM, VERITAS clusters, VERITAS Volume manager, Sun clusters, DR clusters build. SVM.
- Hardware – Server Firmware upgrade, device configuration, hardware fault Analysis.
- Exposure to enterprise level server (M4000/5000 series, 6800/6900, E10k, E12k, E25k etc) OS Migration.
- Sun Solaris Certification preferred
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skill
- Should be flexible for working in the 24 X 7 environment.
2) Linux Administrator :- REF: LINUX
Experience on :
- Veritas cluster or any cluster is mandatory.
- Should have good knowledge on OS patching/upgrade, hardware firmware upgrade
- Good knowledge about linux system files, boot process and run levels
- Good troubleshooting experience.
- Good knowledge on kernel tuning
- Skills on configuration of network and related services at operating ystem like NFS, NIC Bonding, Sendmail, SSH and other TCP/IP services
- Good knowledge on LVM/Vxfs
- Redhat certification preferred. Good analytical skills Good communication skill
- Should be flexile for working in the 24 X 7 environment.
3) HP UNIX Administrator :- REF: HP UNIX
Experience on :
- Knowledge of PA-RISC and ITENIUM architectures.
- Super-Dome experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of HP Unix.
- Should have good knowledge of HP-UX, MC Service guard, N-PAR,V-Par, Cluster services.
- HP Certification preferred
- Good analytical skills and communication skill
