Brief Job Description 
rovide Technical support for globally distributed customers on
IBM/Rational Technologies (Licensing Support)
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Software or providing
Application Support . Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech.
(Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication)
Skillsets Required: . Excellent communication, listening, customer management skills .
Troubleshooting Operating Systems (Windows, Solaris, Linux) and/or Software Applications ·
Knowledge of Client Server technologies, Networking · Very good Analytical,
logical debugging skills and problem solving capabilities · Knowledge of Scripting .
Hands on experience in Software life cycle domain · Knowledge of FlexNet product and
experience in providing technical support on IBM Rational Technology is an added advantage
Mandatory Requirements: Willingness to work with US Process, Night shift is a must .
Understanding of Support process. . Should be interested to work with Support and customer.
