Job Description
## Fresher – Junior Unix and Windows System Administrator – SSO-MR – ITD-GD
# Unix System Administrator to support various flavours of unix servers like Sun solaris, HP Unix, Redhat Linux and IBM AIX.
# Windows Systems Administrator to support windows servers.
## Responsibilities
# It include providing 24 X 7 offshore/remote support .
# Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations.
# Problem determination and resolution within agreed SLA. Review Backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation.
Implement changes, perform security related tasks, identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
