1. Linux Administrator-L1

Skills required: implementation and administration of RHEL Linux 4x, 5x, NIS, NFS, DNS.

A working knowledge on Fedora, Ubuntu and CentOS is an added advantage.

Will be responsible for implementation and administration of SQUID
A working knowledge on SAMBA and NFS is an added advantage.

• Should be RHEL Certified
• Understanding of operating system concepts and services
• Patching of Servers as and when required which includes security.
• Problem determination and performance analysis skills
• Will be responsible for administering servers, setting user access, monitoring server statistics, and maintaining hardware.
• Installation and configuration Linux server and Linux client machine.
• Installation Linux OS for client and basic troubleshooting on hardware and networking.
• User administration

Good command over scripting languages like Shell, Perl, AWK, etc

Qualification: Must be Graduate / Diploma (full time)

Good communication skills are required.

Experience: 2-4 years

Job Location: Bangalore, Pune.

CTC range: Upto Rs 1.7 L

2. Helpdesk / Service Desk L1 / L2 coordinator (technical / non-technical)

Skills required: Attending user calls, logging the calls, transferring the calls, escalating the calls, providing initial level of telephonic technical support to the users over hardware issues(for technical helpdesk) , generating reports etc

Good communication and customer interaction skills are required.

Experience: 1-2 yrs (for L1), 2-4 yrs (for L2)

Location: Mumbai (andheri) – for technical helpdesk, Mumbai (malad or jogeshwari) – for non-technical helpdesk

No of openings: Technical servicedesk – 1, non-technical - 2
CTC: Upto Rs 1.2 L

3. Citrix Administrator

Skills required:

Manages Citrix Administration.

Performs activities like Startup/Shutdown, User Management, Performance Management, Tuning, Configuration, Re-install, Backup, Restore, Archive.

Should be able to restore from a crashed condition.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (full time)

Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Pune

No of openings: 1
CTC range: Upto Rs 3.2 L

4. SQL DBA

Skills required:

Manages SQL Database Administration.

Performs activities like DB Startup/Shutdown, User Management, Performance Management, Tuning, Configuration, Re-install, Backup, Restore, Archive.

Should be able to restore DB from a crashed condition.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (full time)

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Pune

No of openings: 2

CTC range: Upto Rs 2.5 L
