L2 Support role for business Team during US working Hours

Desired Candidate Profile
Partner with other L2 Team members to Support L2 Helpdesk for Speedi

-Help in L1 support improvement

-Provide as and when needed support to L3 Team

-Communicate with Sales Engineers/Distributors to help in resolving there issues

Qualifications/Requirements

BCA / MCA / BE – Computer Science with minimum of 60% aggregate (2009 passout)

Should posses good communication skills

Able to work in night shifts (US working hours)
