Understanding of business requirements.
Java, J2ee, EJB, Struts, Hybernate.
If Certified it would be an aded advantage.
Experience in leading teams in delivering end-to-end solutions
Client interaction experience Familiarity with onsite/offshore model.
Awareness of CMMi processes will be an added advantage.
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as good interpersonal skills.
