Time- 9am to 5pm.
Urgent requirement for Application Support Executive
* Provide first level support to users to perform operations.
* Understand user’s issues and problems and suggest work around if possible.
* Escalate where necessary to Central support group.
* Coordinate with central support team to resolve end users issues.
* Good knowledge of various Modules useful in Software Development and Software Maintenance
* Proactively monitor application behaviour and inform Central support team about anomalies.
* Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in Passport Seva Kendras (PSK).
* Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.
Positions are available at Ranchi.
Salary:INR 1,00,000 – 1,75,000 P.A
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Any Graduate , BCA,MCA,M.Tech
* Graduate with Minimum 1 yr experience (mix of IT & non IT)
* Experience in Software development / Software maintenance
* Preferably MCA, with Minimum 1 yr exprience
