Summary:
To oversee and undertake home installations. Deliver high quality service levels at all touch points. Be customer oriented
Department: Retail Division
Reporting to: Manager – Installation and Support
Details:
* Responsible for installation and commissioning of the system
* Attending service calls post installation & commissioning
* Providing service support for any Bose product at customer site
* Rack building for system integration, developing circuit and connectivity diagrams
* Responsible for service level deliverable for all home audio installations
* Meeting customers, reviewing customer designs and suggesting solutions as and when required
* Training the customer on system operations.

B.E./ B.Tech
