Freshers
Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing
technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks
& troubleshooting the queries on all CISCO products.
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
• Routing Protocols
• TCP/ IP and IRQs
• Basic operating systems related to Networking
• Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
