Job Title: Trainee
Job Profile: Interacting with clients, understanding their needs
and providing technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all products.
Qualification: BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc(IT)
Year of Passout: 2008 & 2009
Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
· Routing Protocols
· TCP/ IP and IRQs
· Basic operating systems related to Networking
· Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
· Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
