ASP.Net Technical Lead

Experience: 5 – 7 Yrs

Job Description:

· Should have 5 – 7 years of experience in web technologies like ASP.NET, AJAX, Javascript. Out of which last 3 years should be in ASP.NET

· Well experienced in C#, and .net framework

· Experience on public facing highly performing sites

· Keep abreast of new and upcoming technologies

· Must be playing a hands on role and should be capable of writing code

· Should have good design skills and should be able to build architectures

· Experience in using different design patterns

· Experience in leading web product development teams

· Should have worked on Agile (SCRUM) model

Tech / Engineering Manager

Essential Duties

· Manage multiple scrum teams

· Resolve technical issues from an architecture / design perspective

· Review design / architecture on a need basis

· Evangelize the technology and solutions with the technical architect team in US

· Innovate and conceptualize new solutions

· Articulate designs and explain to the architect teams in US

· Keep abreast of new and upcoming web technologies

· Qualification & Experience

· BE/ BTech or Master degree in Science with relevant experience in software development

· 8 - 10 years of overall industry experience; out of which at least 6 years in designing, coding and releasing including at least one load-balanced, publicly-facing .NET web site using NET 2.0/3.0/3.5 and written in C#; at least 3 – 4 experience in managing SCRUM teams; experience working in Global delivery model (onsite – offshore teams); onsite exposure is a plus.

· Success in leading multiple small teams at a technical level

· Success in managing teams across technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Mobile etc

· Organization skills sufficient to prioritize and perform several projects at various stages of completion

· Success working under stringent deadlines

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Ability to move with the flow of changing needs in the industry; technical aptitude

QA Manager

· Essential Duties

o Manage multiple scrum test teams

o Provide guidance to the Test team on technology and help resolving issues both functional and technical

o Mentor and grow the test competency; both automation and manual

o Review the framework, test plans, test cases and scripts written by the team

o Guide the team in formulating test strategy and test harness

o Innovate and conceptualize new frameworks

· Qualifications & Experience

o BE/ BTech or Master degree in Science with relevant experience in software development and testing

o 8 – 10 years of overall industry experience; 6 – 8 years of solid Quality Assurance experience; 3-5+ years of white box / automation testing experience with C#; 3-5+ years of experience testing SQL (including stored procedures)

o Extensive experience testing ASP.NET / JavaScript / MS-SQL based web applications

o Hands-on experience with both grey box, and black box testing; Develop and Execute test scripts for existing and future projects

o Strong knowledge of .NET Remoting (including HTTP and TCP/IP) and UDP

o Solid foundation testing n-tier applications

o Experience building / designing automation frameworks in C, C++, or C#

o Experience testing on high-traffic sites

o Success in leading multiple small teams test / automation teams

o Set up test environments, including OS, network configuration, proxy servers, etc.

o Design, develop and improve test plans, test cases, and other department documentation

o Prepare time estimates and schedule for testing activities

o Good oral and written communication skills

o Ability to move with the flow of changing needs in the industry; technical aptitude

Mobile/.NET WAP Dev Manager

· Essential Duties

· 2+ years of distributed, multi-tier architecture, OOAP, and Design Patterns experience

· 1+ years of experience developing with SQL Server 2005 (including stored procedures)

· 2+ years of experience with Xhtml-MP

· 2+ years CSS, JavaScript, Ajax

· 2+ years of experience working with source control

· 2+ years Experience with browsers for mobile platform like Mini Opera, Web kit, IE Mobile

· 2+ years of experience creating WAP applications targeting multiple mobile platforms

· Strong knowledge (and wisdom) of IIS6 and its internals

· Experience on sites under heavy loads that require meticulous attention to coding practices as they relate to performance and scalability

Preferred but not required Experience

· Microsoft Asp.net MVC Framework, and Asp.net 3.0

· SCRUM and Agile Software Development

· Unit testing and Test Driven Development

· Creating location aware applications

WAP / .Net -Mobile Lead

Required Skills/Experience:

· 6-8+ years of MS tech experience with solid C# experience

· 3-5+ years of ASP.NET, .NET 1.1, and 2.0 Framework experience

· 3-5+ years of distributed, multi-tier architecture, OOAP, and Design Patterns experience

· 2-3+ years of experience developing with SQL Server 2005 (including stored procedures)

· 2+ years of experience with Xhtml-MP

· 2+ years CSS, JavaScript, Ajax

· 2+ years of experience working with source control

· 2+ years Experience with browsers for mobile platform like Mini Opera, Web kit, IE Mobile

· 2+ years of experience creating WAP applications targeting multiple mobile platforms

· Knowledge (and wisdom) of IIS6 and deployment of web applications

· Good UI and Usability testing experience

Preferred but not required Experience

· SCRUM and Agile Software Development

.NET Dev Engineer

o Should have 3 - 4 years of experience in web technologies like ASP.NET, AJAX, Javascript. Out of which last 3 years should be in ASP.NET
o Well experienced in C#, and .net framework

Manual QA Engineer

Experience: 3 – 5 Yrs

* Strong skills with software QA methodologies.
* Proficient with the Web and Internet technologies, including QA experience with browser interfaces and Web servers.
* Good understanding of HTML and XML technologies.
* Hands-on experience with both grey box, and black box testing.
* Develop and Execute test scripts for existing and future projects
* Regression test incremental product releases through automated testing tools.
* Cross-platform testing through all phases of the product development life cycle
* Set up test environments, including OS, network configuration, proxy servers, etc.
* Design, develop and improve test plans, test cases, and other department documentation
* Prepare time estimates and schedule for testing activities
Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in the bug database
* Experience with MSSQL.
* Experience with defect tracking software.
* Excellent ability to participate and cooperate in a team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
